Growth Marketing Manager (Mobile app) - 12 month contract

Join a vibrant and rapidly growing VPN service, recently acquired by a leading global security software company. We're seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager with a strong mobile focus to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention during an exciting phase of expansion.

Role Overview:

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the growth of our mobile app (iOS and Android) across all geographies. You'll develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, with a core focus on optimizing the mobile user journey and maximizing customer lifetime value. This is a 12-month remote contract opportunity within North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive mobile growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns (push notifications, email, in-app messaging) to improve retention and LTV.
  • App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize app store presence through ASO, including keyword research, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UX, product, and engineering teams to enhance onboarding, engagement, and re-engagement flows within the mobile app.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics (mobile analytics, app store data) to inform strategy, identify opportunities for improvement, and conduct A/B testing.
  • Brand and Content Management: Develop and maintain branding, copy, and content guidelines, ensuring consistency across all mobile platforms and web.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Execute multi-channel marketing strategies across various platforms to drive mobile app growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing with a strong focus on mobile app growth (iOS and Android).
  • Deep understanding of mobile analytics platforms and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of optimizing app store presence through ASO and driving conversion.
  • Experience managing lifecycle marketing campaigns (push, email, in-app).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with VPN or cyber security apps is a plus.
  • Full funnel marketing experience.

Location:

  • Remote within North America.

Contract:

  • 12-month contract.
